We reviewed the Forest Service’s Performance Summary for fiscal year 2020 to be submitted to the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) to determine whether the alternative report met the criteria established in the ONDCP Circular.

OIG audited USDA’s consolidated financial statements for fiscal years 2020 and 2019.

OIG audited the consolidated financial statements of the Commodity Credit Corporation for fiscal years 2020 and 2019.

OIG audited the financial statements of FCIC/RMA for fiscal years 2020 and 2019.

OIG audited the consolidated financial statements of Rural Development for fiscal years 2020 and 2019.

OIG audited the consolidated financial statements of FNS for fiscal years 2020 and 2019.

This report presents the results of the examination of the description of the National Finance Center’s (NFC) payroll and personnel system for processing user entities’ payroll and human resource transactions throughout the period October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 based on the criteria identified in NFC’s assertion and the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO) assertion.

As required by FISMA, OIG reviewed USDA’s ongoing efforts to improve its information technology security program and practices during FY 2020.

We identified and evaluated AMS’ management controls over SCBGP.
